On the About Us page, you will get to know me, Prerna Sachar and whats my story, How I started Cooking? and How I decided to reach out to people and start telling out my recipes to the world?
I was born in Ludhiana, Punjab, completed my graduation in Hotel Management and Catering Technology in 2016. In my school days, I didn't have any interest in Cooking, but as I started with my Graduation in Hotel Mangement, I started developing interest in Cooking, this was the very first time when i even holded a knife in my first year. I learned a lot of things about Cooking and started inovating things slowly and during my college days, I was one of the best students in my College in the food production Department.
Later, I went to Fortune Park Klassik ludhiana and Radission blu, Ludhiana, to get myself trained in the Kitchen department, there i worked in the Bakery and may other departments in the Kitchen and gained knowledge about Cookery. I Started practicing Cooking and inovated my recipes of my own. I love cooking, Cooking is my passion, In my recipes you will find a little bit of Punjabi taste because being a Punjabi, I have added Punjabi flavors to all my recipes.
In August, 2014, I moved to Agra, and started my job in ITC Mughal, Agra, there i worked for about 8 months and learned a lot of new things about Cooking and learned a lot of dishes. Try my recipes, they all are very tasty, all tried by me and written by me, myself. I hope my recipes would help you understand cooking well. I just want to spread my recipes to the world and reach out to people and tell them my recipes.
